The top pusher makes it very easy to access both the lap and the split timings. The sport timing has a 100hr chronograph with the options for split and lap, recall up to a 100lap in memory, a counter for 199 laps, a split or lap on the fly recall and you can set interval times to nearly 24 hours. The log for training can store average laps, best laps, workouts by date, total time segment, overall running time and so on. Timex Flix system has been incorporated into this watch so with just a simple flick, you can turn the night light Indiglo on. For activating the FLIX, you need to first put the watch in the night mode and hold the button for Indiglo for about 3 seconds till it beeps. Flicking the wrist forward quickly and bringing to a quick stop would activate the night light for about 3 seconds so that you can check the time anytime during the night.

The night light is designed in such a way that it lightens up the surface of the watch uniformly. It makes use of the technology of electroluminescent lighting. Unlike other illuminations systems, this one makes use of lesser power which ensures that the battery lasts for a longer period of time. The watch also comes with a warranty for one year.
